Delivery
Orders are usually despatched on the day we receive them. The standard airmail service involves the package being flown to the destination country where it enters the local postal service.

Airmail delivery usually 4 - 10 days
Overseas surface delivery 3 - 8 weeks

Delivery Charges
If you pay on-line the charges will be calculated for you.
If you are calculating the delivery charge - find the area (below) to which the parcel is to be sent and then add the appropriate percentage to the total cost of your order. If you have difficulty in working out delivery charges send us an email and we will help you. When ordering by post please write clearly.

UK
Add 10% (up to a maximum of £2·50) to the total price of books and tapes.
e.g. book price 14.95 - postage=1.49 - total cost 16.44
e.g. book price 35.00 - postage=2.50 - total cost 37.50

Europe (including Republic of Ireland)
Add 10% plus £1 to the total price of all books and tapes. (All orders sent airmail)
e.g. book price 14.95 - postage=1.49+1.00=2.49

North America
Add 10% to the total price of books and tapes for surface delivery
Add 30% to the total price of books and tapes for airmail delivery

Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere
Add 10% to the total price of books and tapes for surface delivery
Add 40% to the total price of books and tapes for airmail delivery
